Mints, Rewards, and Badges
What are Mints?
Mints are rewarded for specific actions you take on Facebook, and may be awarded for products you purchase as well in the future.
I don't like seeing the Mint notifications and I do not have interest in playing, what can I do?
Click on "My Profile", click on the "Settings" tab, and then uncheck the "Show Notifications" option.
What are Mints good for? Can they be redeemed?
We will offer all sorts of benefits and rewards that can be redeemed with Mints.
Can you tell me more about Mints and Rewards?
Rewards we plan to offer may include discounts and credits as well as more fun intangibles. Not all of them will be revealed to everyone, so it's up to you to find out the various secret rewards and actions you can take to gain those rewards.
What are some of the actions we can take to accrue Mints?
Some of the actions are listed in the "Earn Mints" section in your profile, located on the upper right of the application. Not all of them are listed and is left up to you to discover.
Do Mints expire?
Mints do not expire unless you spend them on Rewards.
Do Mints have any monetary value?
Mints do not have any monetary value, but they may be redeemed for access to discounts in the future.
Can you tell me all the Rewards I could possibly earn?
While we may give hints and pointers to earn specific Rewards, we have purposely made this open ended and open to discovery. In short, it's up to you to find out!
What are levels?
Levels are a way of indicating the total amount of Mints you have ever earned. While it's possible to spend a lot of Mints and therefore have none, we still take note of how many overall Mints you have earned. This is called a level.
Will Mints go away or can I exchange them for MINTsider Rewards Points?
There has been no change in the way Mints are earned and redeemed. They currently can not be exchanged or transferred to MINTsider Rewards Points.
